No company can do it alone. We lean on the expertise and passion of participants and subject matter experts to help guild us in our journey.
The Clinical Research Advisory Board brings together appointed representatives from clinical research, academic partners and health systems across the country to provide a forum to share information and gain consensus on Vibrent’s products and services to best serve clinical research investigators, research and engagement staff, and their participants. Within this board, Vibrent ensures it is building technology for a high volume of diverse institutions from academic medical centers to federally qualified health centers, community hospitals and the VA which each have unique patient and participant populations and needs. By including end users in the development of our technology, we deliver a user experience that is built in collaboration with them. This board helps to prioritize exploratory engagements to collect data on observations, needs, changes and education including direct key informant interviews and focus groups with participants and program staff, addressing issues such as closing gaps in the digital divide in health research.
The Participant Advisory Board serves to ensure that participants have a meaningful, ongoing and collaborative voice in how Vibrent creates, iterates, and deploys effective strategies and tools and upholds the value of participants as true partners in research. Vibrent recognizes the critical importance of ongoing, participant-centric, user research to inform the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for designing, innovating and deploying effective, understandable platforms and tools. Finally, the Board supports the goal to narrow the “digital divide” to facilitate greater engagement and retention of participants. Members represent a broad and diverse range of demographics. The Board meets monthly to provide feedback on new ideas and upcoming features.
The Innovators Council provides a forum where Vibrent’s products, communications, design, and engagement teams meet with representatives from clinical research organizations and health systems to collaborate on new ideas and share participant and program staff feedback. The goal of the Innovators Council is to bring together invited voices, ideas and perspectives to partner together in innovation opportunities for research participants and program staff. As a forum to share ideas – big and small – that can continue to transform the participant and staff experience with Vibrent’s products which enable the participation, engagement and retention of 1 million or more persons from across the country.
